تظهر حلقات الموسم السابع من "خواطر" بمحتوى نوعي جديد يتوافق مع ما اعتاده محبو البرنامج الشبابي التثقيفي الترفيهي، ويؤكد الشقيري أن العالم العربي هذا العام لديه رغبة في إحداث التغيير، والتطوير في مختلف المجالات؛ فقررنا تحويل هذا الموسم من منبر للنقد الإيجابي البنَّاء وسرد المقاربات وإظهار المقارنات، إلى ورشةٍ لتقديم الحلول العملية وتطبيقها وتنفيذها.

ويعرض "خواطر 7" نماذج مميزة في عدة بلدان؛ حيث تتطرق الحلقات إلى قضايا تندرج تحت عنوان العدل والحياة الكريمة، كالمحاكم، والسجون، والجوازات، والمستشفيات، والخدمات الحكومية، والإسكان، والخدمات المرورية، وغيرها من المواضيع التي يسعى الشقيري إلى إيجاد حلول لها، انطلاقا من الهدف الأساسي للموسم السابع من "خواطر"، والذي يحمل شعار: "موسم الحلول والمشاريع العملية
